Product Details

T die is made in P20, 5CrNiMo, 2738 material with nitrogen treatment. It's adjustable at the month part, with range 0.1mm to 3mm. A type of mold that is used to form a continuous shape plastic product. It is widely used in the processing of pipes, bars, monofilaments, plates, films, wire and cable coatings, and profiles. 

During processing, the powder or granular form of the polymer is usually added to the barrel of the extruder. Under the action of a screw or a plunger, the polymer moves forward along the groove or barrel and gradually melts to become a viscous fluid. Then, through the die set at the end of the barrel, a continuum of the same shape as the die is formed. Finally, after cooling and shaping, it can be formed into products with the required shapes, such as various plastic pipe bars, sheets, plastic steel doors and windows, films, skirtings for decoration and so on.
